Emergency or planned, during the workday or after hours, just call 773-736-3637. No matter what the call may bring, I do my best to be prepared with tools, materials, professional appearance & attitude. Everyone involved from client staff onsite, to tech support overseas, deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. Check in and updates can be provided during the project. Closeout deliverables can be sent before leaving the site.

A variety of equipment and materials are on the truck every day, I try to carry the most common items needed. Specialty and or rental equipment & materials are an option, just ask.                      Here is a list of my every day items on truck:

Service Area

Serving the Chicago & Tri-State area is the bulk of my business. I do travel outside of my service area for special projects upon request.  I am located in Elmhurst IL. 60126, near O'Hare (ORD) Airport & 20 miles West of downtown Chicago. 

Survey,Estimates & management

Photos, measurements, verification of blueprints, heat mapping, client meetings, vendor meetings, 3rd party conflict resolution, project management and reports are available.

In 1993 I started as a payphone repair tech and collector, I worked my way up to lead installer, and that was it, I had been bitten by the telecom bug. In 1997 I left the big phone company I worked for and started Mastertech Services. The past 20 years have given me the privilege of working with some amazing people at some very interesting places.
